Return Policy:
Before a return is approved, we make every effort to replace any damaged or missing items. Any returned item must be in its original packaging. Having said that, our supplier will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars once the return has been completed by you. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please know, that in certain rare instances a restocking fee may be required of you. Items must be shipped Insured. We recommend using your shipper's tracking service.

Refund Policy:
Full refunds are possible under the following set of circumstances: a). Your credit card has not been charged yet. b). Your order has not been shipped yet. c). If for some reason we are not able to fulfill an order, your money will be refunded to you in the same manner it was received.

Partial refunds are possible under the following set of circumstances and applies to partial orders only: a). the purchased item is undeliverable by us because it is out of stock or has been discontinued; and b). the individual item cannot be replaced (See the above for damaged or missing items).

Remember to contact us first in the case of broken or defective items. Because all shipments are insured by us, we may not require a return if the item is broken or defective. Read below for the policies on different types of returns. If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a refund or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the website. 

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping/handling costs will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. 

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No refund will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
